Design Philosophy

Renovations are stressful. Ours don't have to be.

Most renovation horror stories stem from the same root cause: too many parties, too many decisions made too late, and a complete lack of cost certainty.

We've built our entire delivery model around eliminating those pain points — one integrated team, a fixed price agreed before work starts, and a structured six-step process that keeps you informed at every milestone.

  • One Team. Total Accountability.

    One Team. Total Accountability.

Design, architecture, and construction delivered by a single coordinated team — not three separate contractors.

  • Fixed Price. No Variations.

    Fixed Price. No Variations.

Your total cost is confirmed in writing before construction begins. We don't change the price midway through a project.

  • Compliance Built In. Not Bolted On.

Every decision is made with long-term accessibility standards in mind — from the first sketch to the final tile.

Site Assessment

Our senior design consultant visits your home to carry out a detailed on-site assessment. We measure the space, photograph key areas, assess structural constraints, and identify the full scope of what's possible.

For NDIS projects, we coordinate with your Occupational Therapist to ensure our assessment aligns with their recommendations.

Before You Commit

Design & 3D Visualisation

This is where your project comes to life on screen. Our design team creates detailed drawings and a full 3D render of your new space — so you can see exactly what you're approving before a single tile is ordered.

We refine the design with you until every element is exactly right. Material selections, fixture specifications, and accessibility features are all confirmed at this stage.

Total Cost Certainty

Fixed-Price Contract

Once you've approved the design, we issue a comprehensive fixed-price contract that covers every aspect of your project — labour, materials, compliance, and project management. Not an estimate. A fixed price.

We also confirm the construction timeline and assign your dedicated project manager, who will be your single point of contact throughout construction.

Construction

Construction is carried out by our in-house team of licensed tradespeople. Your dedicated project manager oversees every element of the build, ensuring quality is maintained at every stage and milestones are met on schedule.

Completion

Handover

We don't consider a project complete until you are entirely satisfied. A formal handover walkthrough is conducted with you, where we review every element of the finished space, demonstrate every feature, and address any final details.

You receive full compliance documentation, warranty information, care instructions, and a complete project record — everything you need for insurance, future reference, and peace of mind.

Common Questions

Frequently asked process questions

  • Most bathroom renovations are completed within 3–5 weeks from construction commencement. The full project, including design, approvals, and construction, typically takes 8–12 weeks from initial consultation to handover. We provide a confirmed timeline in your fixed-price contract.

  • In most cases you do not need to vacate. Our team works in a structured way to minimise disruption. We'll discuss your specific situation during the site assessment and provide honest advice based on the scope of your project.

  • Before construction begins, we issue a comprehensive contract that specifies every material, every trade, and every cost element. The price in that contract is the price you pay. We do not issue variations for work covered in the original scope.

  • We work with your NDIS plan manager or support coordinator to ensure your modifications are correctly funded and documented. We handle the application process and all required documentation.

  • We service all Melbourne metropolitan areas with a focus on established suburbs in the inner, middle, and outer east, south-east, and inner city. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific suburb.
